Interior car detailing in your driveway

Seats and carpets shampooed and extracted where the car is parked. An interior takes 3 to 5 hours, and one detailer does it start to finish.

Packages are priced by size. A car in rough shape is priced from photos. Either way, we reply within 1 hour, any day but Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm.

The back seat of a gray Honda CR-V seen through the open rear door after an interior detail: clean light gray cloth seats, black rubber mats and a folded blue microfiber towel on the seat.
  • Priced by size, or from your photos, before anyone comes.
  • Nothing added at the door without your yes.
  • One detailer does the whole car, start to finish.
  • No plan to sign up for, no card kept on file.

An interior detail is for a car that gets lived in. We do it at your home or office, and you have the price in writing before anyone comes.

Signs the inside is due

  • Crumbs and grit down the sides of the seats and along the seat tracks
  • A greasy film inside the windshield that glares when the sun is low
  • Spots on cloth seats from coffee, soda or juice
  • Dog hair worked into the carpet and the seams
  • Beach sand in the floor mats and the trunk liner
  • A stale smell when the car has sat closed up in the sun

On the interior list

Each task is one you can check on your own car. Open a door and look for it before you pay.

  • Vacuumed under the seats, in the seams and in the trunk
  • Seat tracks vacuumed and brushed out
  • Seats and carpets shampooed and extracted
  • Floor mats scrubbed and dried
  • Dash, console, door panels and vents wiped
  • Inside of every window cleaned

Extraction is the step a vacuum can't do. The extractor sprays a cleaning solution into the fabric and pulls it straight back out, along with the dirt it loosened. To reach the seat tracks, each front seat is slid all the way forward and then all the way back.

How an interior visit runs

  1. Tell us the car and where it will be. If the inside is in rough shape, text 2 to 4 photos to (310) 857-2520, starting with the worst seat.
  2. You have the price in writing within 1 hour, any day but Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm, with the first open days.
  3. Pick a day and a start time. We confirm it by text, and text again the evening before.
  4. Be there at the start. The detailer begins with the trash and the vacuum, and finishes on the hard surfaces and the glass.
  5. Walk around the car together, then pay.

What sets the price

Your car's size and the package. Anything the car's condition adds goes on its own line, with the time it adds, and only when you say yes.

  • 2 rows (sedans, coupes, small SUVs): 3 to 4 hours at your car
  • 3 rows (minivans, large SUVs): 4 to 5 hours
  • Pickups and vans (any cab, cargo or passenger): 4 to 5 hours

The extras an interior can need are heavy pet hair (30 to 60 minutes), a set-in stain (20 minutes a seat), an odor treatment for smoke or a sick passenger (45 minutes) and leather cleaned and conditioned (45 minutes). For a car with a mess in the seats, see seat and carpet cleaning, which we price from photos.

When the detailer is done

The inside of the car cleaned to the list, by one detailer. The figure in our reply is the figure you pay, and if we find something it didn't cover, we stop and show you first. You pay after the walk-around. No card is needed up front, and none is kept on file.

Want the outside done on the same visit? Inside and out does both, with spray wax on the paint.

Two gloved hands in blue work sleeves pulling a hot-water extractor head across a beige cloth back seat. Brown water shows in the clear head and a clean stripe runs where it has passed.

Interior detailing questions

Should I take my things out first?

Only what you want kept safe, like papers or a child seat you'll need that day. Leave the rest, trash included.

Will an old stain come out?

It may fade and still show. If your photos show one, we say so with the price, so you know before you pick a day.

Can I drive the car straight after?

Yes. Shampooed cloth seats stay damp for a few hours. If the car will sit in the sun, crack the windows and they dry faster.

Do you clean leather seats?

Yes, as an extra of 45 minutes. Torn or cracked leather needs an upholstery shop. We clean around a split, and it stays as it is.

Two ways to get a price

Packages are priced by the size of your car, so you can request a time now and the price comes with our reply. A car in rough shape is priced from photos first.

Open the door and shoot in daylight. Don't clean up first. The worst seat, the carpet and the stain up close tell us the most.

Send this, then text the photos to (310) 857-2520.

No photos yet? and we price by your car's size.

The year, make and model, and the problem in your words. For example: 2019 Toyota RAV4, the dog rides in the back seat.
