How we handle the details you give us.

When you get in touch through the site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, a description of the problem, and any photos you send. We also record when you sent it, your IP address, and how you found us, such as the page you arrived on or the ad you clicked. We keep a record that you agreed to be contacted.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you, arrange and carry out the work, and keep records of the job. We also use them to keep the site secure, block spam and see which of our ads are working.

Who we share it with

We share your details with the people who carry out your job, and with the service providers that run parts of this site for us, such as hosting and backups. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We store a few small items in your browser. One remembers which ad or website brought you here, for 30 days. Another refills the form if something goes wrong when you send it. We do not use cookies from advertising networks.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep proper records.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call or email us and we will take care of it. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us.

A few photos of the seats and floors are all we need to price the car.A car with pet hair, a stain or a smell is priced from photos first, so we can see it.Packages are priced by the size of your car. Tell us the car, the job and when suits you.

Photos 2 to 4 is plenty

Open the door and shoot in daylight. Don't clean up first. The worst seat, the carpet and the stain up close tell us the most.
